We completely renovated the home in 2023 and added a new HVAC, an expanded dining room, and a 40′ x 10′ back deck with views of the Blue Ridge foothills.

The house is within walking distance of Lake Logan, just 10 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and is attached to an extensive trail network that winds along the ridge overlooking the lake and provides stunning views before dropping you down to the shore. The home’s namesake, the majestic Sunburst Falls is a short five-mile drive away.
